Each year many automobile clubs visit DeKalb County to hold their regional or national meets and to experience our automotive heritage. We have close to 500 hotel rooms, several convention and meeting facilities, and two large facilities that can accommodate car shows and vendor areas. DeKalb County presently has seven museums that feature automobiles, trucks, railroad memorabilia, airplanes, military collections, and county history. Our location is next to Indiana I-69 for easy accessibility, and provides an array of specialty and antique shops.
